All information, software tools, tracking scripts, integration plugins, bridge link builders, and analytics panels provided by WebPush.in are offered solely for informational and marketing utility. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the software for any specific business goal.

2. No Guarantees of Delivery, Traffic, or Revenue

WEBPUSH.IN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL GUARANTEES REGARDING CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE. Notification deliverability depends on external browser vendors, operating system battery saver settings, device connectivity, and Google FCM / Apple APNs push servers. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY NOTIFICATION WILL BE DELIVERED, CLICKED, OR CONVERTED.

3. Cyberattack, Data Intrusion & Hacking Non-Liability

While WebPush.in applies industry-standard SSL encryption and server isolation procedures, no online transmission or database storage system can guarantee 100% security against criminal cyber threats.

⚖️ EXEMPTION FROM CYBER INCIDENT LIABILITY:

IN THE EVENT OF ANY CYBERATTACK, SERVER HACK, UNAUTHORIZED DATABASE ACCESS, LEAK, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM INTRUSION CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY MALICIOUS OR CRIMINAL ACTIONS:

  • WEBPUSH.IN, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND SERVER HOSTING PARTNERS SHALL BE COMPLETELY EXEMPT FROM ANY FINANCIAL DAMAGES, LAWSUITS, OR LEGAL CLAIMS.
  • USERS UNDERTAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTAINING THEIR OWN DATA BACKUPS AND COMPLYING WITH THEIR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.

4. Free Partner Network Broadcast Rights & Service Shutdown Notice

  • Network Token Rights: On Free Partner Plan or Trial Plan (or upon switching from Paid to Free/Trial), WebPush.in retains broadcast rights to send 2-3 daily sponsored notifications to all subscriber tokens accumulated under the account.
  • Service Shutdown Grace Period: If WebPush.in decides to close or discontinue the website/servers, users will be given a prior notice (e.g. 30 days window) to download backups. Upon expiration of the notice period, WebPush.in reserves the right to close operations without further liability.

5. Website Owner Content & Third-Party Links Disclaimer

WebPush.in acts solely as a technical messaging pipeline dispatcher. We do not endorse, verify, control, or monitor the message text, images, or destination links sent by website owners or publishers. WebPush.in shall not be held liable for any promotional claims, inaccurate news, copyright infringements, or external web links dispatched by platform users.

5. Financial Liability Cap

In no event shall WebPush.in or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, business interruptions, or lost profits. Total liability under any legal theory shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50 USD).
